Investment-friendly environment being enabled through law amendment: Minister Gautam

Chitwan, Oct 12: Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gautam, said that an investment-friendly environment would be created by amending the laws. 

In her address to the 35th annual general meeting of the Chitwan Associations of Industries here today, she said that legal amendment would be made timely as administrative hassles are being faced due to vague legal frameworks. 

Stating that the industrialists and entrepreneurs have to face problems due to legal ambiguity, Minister Gautam said, "Administrative hassles arise when the laws are unclear. Now we are working to solve the existing problems by making the laws clear. "
