Kieran Hayler has denied allegations of sexual assault in court, claiming that his ongoing dispute with former wife Katie Price is relevant to the case. His ex-fiancée, Michelle Pentecost, also gave evidence about alleged threats and tensions involving the former couple.

Hayler, 39, faces allegations involving a girl who was 13 at the time of the alleged incidents. He denies the charges and has maintained that the accusations are an attempt to damage his reputation.

During cross-examination, prosecutor Ryan Richter challenged Hayler’s suggestion that his dispute with Katie Price was relevant to the proceedings. Richter put to him that the case concerned allegations of serious sexual offences against a young girl.

Hayler denied the accusations.

The defendant previously told police that he believed he was being set up and described the allegations as an attempt to ruin his reputation. He also suggested that Price may have influenced the complainant, although this remains his claim and has not been established as fact.

The court must assess the evidence presented by both sides before reaching a verdict. Hayler remains presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

Michelle Pentecost Claims Katie Price Threatened to Ruin Hayler

Hayler’s former fiancée, Michelle Pentecost, 44, appeared as a defence witness and described what she said was a difficult relationship between Hayler and Price.

Pentecost told the court that Price allegedly threatened to damage Hayler’s reputation during disagreements. She claimed that such threats occurred repeatedly throughout her seven-year relationship with him.

According to Pentecost, arguments between Price and Hayler could affect her own relationship with him. She said their home life was generally happier when Price was not experiencing personal difficulties, but that disagreements could create tension.
