Ahead of the Dasara festive weekend, Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) has issued a passenger advisory warning of increased passenger traffic and urging travellers to plan their journeys in advance.

In the advisory issued on Thursday, October 16, RGIA asked passengers to allow additional time to reach the airport and complete check-in and security formalities amid the anticipated rush. Passengers have been advised to arrive well ahead of their scheduled departure times to avoid last-minute delays.

“For travel to and from the airport, consider app-based cabs, prepaid taxis, car rentals or Pushpak luxury airport liner. For any assistance, our passenger service associates will be available to guide you,” the advisory further stated.
