Time Season 3: What Happened To Ushindi? The Fatal Stabbing Explained
One of the central events of the season is the death of Christopher, also known as Ushindi, who is stabbed by fellow inmate Patsy during a reconciliation meeting. The meeting was intended to help resolve tensions between the prisoners, but it ends in tragedy.
Bailey believes the meeting should never have been allowed to take place in the way it did. He holds custodial manager Freddie Jennings responsible for the decision and knows that the incident raises serious questions about how the prison is run.
However, Bailey initially agrees to remain silent about Jennings’ role. He is also offered the possibility of a promotion, giving him another reason to avoid speaking out. His decision leaves him struggling with guilt as he continues working inside the institution.
