US-Israel-Iran War Latest Live News: Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has advocated enhanced regional security following the attacks from Iran against the Qatari territories and disturbances in the export of energy resources from Qatar.

Speaking at the meeting of the Shura Council as the legislative authority of Qatar, the emir termed this act as a “flagrant violation” of national sovereignty and also drew attention towards the far-reaching implications of any instability in the Gulf region. The shutting down of the Strait of Hormuz and destruction of the Ras Laffan energy facility has been adversely affecting the exports of Qatar.
