As many as 30% of the public grievance applications received in Praja Seva sessions have been resolved, according to Belagavi’s Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Roshan.
Addressing the second district-level Praja Seva session in Khanapur in Belagavi district on October 5, he said that around 250 applications were received from people in the first district-level Praja Seva session in Yaragatti. “Of them, around 30% have been resolved. The others are in various stages of resolution. In the second session on October 5, around 200 petitions were received. They will be sent to jurisdictional officers with clear instructions, and resolved as soon as possible,” he said.
“I have issued directions to expedite the review and resolution of the remaining applications through the departments concerned.”
