British Royal Family: Andrew Mountbatten Windsor Warned by Buckingham Palace Against Using Allowance From King Charles to Fund Legal Battle | Report

British Royal Family: Yesterday, Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, formerly known as Prince Andrew initiated legal action against London’s Thames Valley Source. Now a source cited in multiple reports by British press has shared that Buckingham Palace doesn’t stand with the disgraced royal with regards to his legal battle. This means that Andrew won’t able to use the funds from the allowance granted to him by King Charles.

British Royal Family: Buckingham Palace’s Stance on Andrew Mountbatten Windsor’s Legal Battle 

According to a Palace insider quoted by outlets including the BBC, Guardian, and more, Andrew Mountbatten Windsor has been informed that funds given to him by the King from his private resources must not be used for the judicial review. 

The size of Andrew’s yearly allowance that King Charles provides home with has never been made public. The same source stated that Andrew’s legal defence is his and his lawyers’ concern, and it is something that Buckingham Palace will play no part in.
