Chor Khola landslide blocks Rapti highway

By Shankar KC, Salyan, Oct 5: Vehicular movement has been disrupted in Kapurkot-Tulsipur road section along the Rapti Highway since this morning following dry landslide at Chorkhola in Kapurkot Rural Municipality-3.

According to the Kapurkot based police post, it will take about five hours to clear the debris from the road which has spread over 80 meters of road and resume the vehicular movement.

Dozens of vehicles have been stranded after the landslide blocked the road.
