KATHMANDU: Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal departed for Fiji today leading a four-member Nepali delegation to attend the pre-COP31 event , scheduled to be held in Fiji and Tuvalu on October 5 and 6.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minister Khanal is scheduled to address the Leaders’ Plenary Session on October 6.
Prior to the plenary, he will participate in a joint Q&A session with journalists alongside the President of Palau and the Prime Ministers of Australia and Fiji.
