The Kerala High Court order setting aside the preventive detention of BJP Councillor from Thiruvananthapuram Corporation, R. Sugathan, under Kerala Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 2007 (KAAPA), is a vindication of the BJP’s stance all along that the cases foisted on Sugathan were false and politically motivated, BJP State president Rajeev Chandrasekhar said.
