In its latest forecast, the Met Office warned of heavy rain along with cooler temperature. The forecast mentioned that there is a 30% likelihood of rain, likely to be persistent. 

The city will also experience overcast skies and rapid winds throughout the day. As a result, it advised London’s residents to brace for cool and wet conditions. While those who will travel should carry either an umbrella or raincoat with them.
