Minister Khanal praises Brazil’s climate leadership and Global South role on 50th anniversary of ties

KATHMANDU: On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Nepal and Brazil, the foreign ministers of both countries exchanged congratulatory messages.

Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Brazil Mauro Vieira exchanged messages to mark the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties.

According to the Embassy of Nepal in Brasília, both ministers expressed their commitment during the message exchange to take Nepal–Brazil cooperation and partnership to further heights.

Additionally, both ministers emphasized strengthening and deepening bilateral relations by expanding cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
