US-Israel-Iran War Latest Live News: The ongoing tensions in the conflict involving the United States, Israel and Iran still pose threats to the security of the region, energy resources across the globe and civilians alike with the Strait of Hormuz being a key source of tension in the region. A spokesperson from the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy has announced that any ship that is not in compliance with the rules set out by Iran will be dealt with every night.

According to Ali Mohammadi, the political deputy for the IRGC Navy, the Iranian forces have been carrying out “complete and absolute” surveillance in the Strait of Hormuz since the outbreak of the war. In addition, Mohammadi stated that the activities will be carried out both offensively and defensively. 

Moreover, Iranian forces have the authority to react against ships violating the regulations set up by Tehran. Nevertheless, the exact number of the vessels affected has not been specified. It is noteworthy that this announcement may create problems for maritime security since any disruption in the traffic could negatively affect energy markets and insurance rates.
