KATHMANDU: The BP highway has resumed operations following an obstruction caused by heavy overnight rainfall.

According to the Department of Roads, the highway was blocked after debris fell between Narke and Pinthali, located approximately 3 kilometres from Mangaltar toward Bhakunde on the road’s under-construction section.

Following the clearance of the debris that had accumulated on the road due to the rain, the flow of vehicles has been restored.
