KATHMANDU: The Cabinet has recommended ending the current Federal Parliament session effective October 2.

Starting on May 11, this session passed the government’s policy, budget, six ordinance replacement bills, and key legislation like the Sahid Dasharath Chand Health Sciences University Bill.

Over ten other bills remain under committee review.

Additionally, the House formed a special committee on climate impacts and held ministerial question-and-answer sessions during the term.
