Industries and Commerce Minister T.G. Bharath Gupta said the government was aiming to develop Kurnool into sports hub.

The Minister on Wednesday inaugurated a football ground at the Kurnool Outdoor Stadium developed with an outlay of ₹3.50 crore. On the occasion, the Minister affirmed his commitment to development of sports in the city.

Addressing the gathering, the Minister said though development works costing ₹3.50 crore had been completed, some additional works were still in progress.
