Journalist and researcher M. Suchitra has won the G. Prabhakaran-OISCA Environmental Excellence Award for her contribution to environmental and social justice journalism.
The award will be presented at a function here on October 7. The event marks the third death anniversary of G. Prabhakaran, former reporter of The Hindu, who died in an accident on October 7, 2023.
