Mahalaxmi Upadhyaya ‘Dina’ announces candidacy for general secretary

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress leader Mahalaxmi Upadhyaya ‘Dina’ has announced her candidacy for the position of general secretary. The announcement comes as the party prepares for its 15th general convention.
