KATHMANDU: The Himalayan Rescue Association (HRA) has dispatched a team of doctors to the mountain areas.
HRA stated that a team of doctors has been deployed to provide information about health issues like altitude sickness, diarrhea, and fever that may occur during trekking and mountaineering in the Himalayan region, as well as to offer treatment services if required.
The chief executive officer of the HRA, Govinda Basyal, shared that teams of local and foreign volunteer doctors and staff have been sent to health posts in Manang, and Pheriche, Solukhumbu.
