By A Staff ReporterKathmandu, Oct. 9: The voting for the election of the Nepali Congress 15th General Convention has been postponed until Friday morning after the printing of ballot papers was delayed on Thursday.
Talking to the media, party's election committee member secretary Raju Katuwal informed that voting will begin at 7:00 am on Friday, October 9, and continue until 3:00 pm.
