KATHMANDU: Voting to elect the new leadership of the Nepali Congress is taking place today as part of the party’s 15th General Convention.
Polling is being held at three designated locations in Kathmandu—Khulamanch, the National Assembly Hall and Nepal Academy. Polling stations have been set up and ballot boxes prepared at the three venues.
