The State government has decided to enhance transparency in its functioning by fully digitalising the e-HRMS (human resource management system).

The e-HRMS envisages bringing all aspects of the government staff like their appointment, service records, pay related aspects, promotions and other issues onto a single platform. The government is planning to digitalise data pertaining to 3.48 lakh employees working in different departments. Digitalisation of 93% of the data pertaining to staff working in 38,710 offices across the State has been completed and Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju has directed the officials to complete uploading the remaining data before October 15.
