CHITWAN: Police have arrested two people in Chitwan with 63 mobile phones allegedly being sold or transported without bills or receipts.
According to the District Police Office, Chitwan, police arrested Deepak Prasai, 41, from Hakim Chowk in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-10 following a tip-off that mobile phones were being sold without proper bills.
