Two migrant workers were killed after a tractor-mounted borewell drilling rig overturned onto a house at Varakkad in West Eleri in Kasaragod, Keralam, in the early hours of Saturday, police said.
The deceased were identified as Devender, a native of Madhya Pradesh, and Manasar, a native of Chhattisgarh.
The accident occurred at around 2 am when the driver reportedly lost control of the tractor while negotiating a steep descent, causing it to overturn onto the house, police said.
