Ukraine-Russia War Latest Live News: One person was killed, and six others were injured after Russian forces carried out a strike on Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city, on Sunday night, October 4, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
The attack hit the Industrialnyi district of Kharkiv. Terekhov said an administrative building and vehicles caught fire following the strike, while around 10 multi-storey residential buildings were damaged. Search-and-rescue operations were underway at the site.

According to Terekhov, Russian forces carried out a double strike using Banderol munitions in Kharkiv’s Industrialnyi district.
