Moreover, the embassy has issued warnings regarding the potential disruptions in travels, which include cancellations of flights and airspace operations. Americans near areas affected by military activity have been urged to follow official instructions.

“The Houthis have engaged in hostilities against Saudi Arabia, including against civilian airports, and the military conflict has the potential to escalate,” the embassy said in a statement.
