KATHMANDU: Minister for Information and Communications Bikram Timilsina has sought detailed information from the Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) regarding the current quality of telecommunication services in the country.
Addressing persistent public dissatisfaction over deteriorating telephone and internet connections, Minister Timilsina met with senior NTA officials on Thursday to assess service conditions, quality testing, regulatory oversight, and infrastructure expansion.
