Minister Sah pledges remove to legal, procedural hurdles for business environment

KATHMANDU: Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Dipak Sah, has expressed the commitment to create investment-friendly environment by removing legal and procedural barriers prevailing in industry sector.

In today’s meeting of the Industry, Commerce and Consumer Welfare Committee, Minister Sah shared the government’s awareness about the necessity of timely reforms in laws, procedures and delivery.

Stating that the government role is to facilitate, regulate and formulate laws, he described private sector as leading actor of production, investment, employment and innovation.

He underlined the need for the government and private sector to seek the solutions in a collaborative manner.
