KATHMANDU: Voting under the ongoing 15th National General Convention of the Nepali Congress is scheduled to start at 10:00am on Thursday.
The NC General Convention will elect a new leadership for the party from the voting by its 7,255 representatives.
According to party’s Central Election Committee’s coordinator and senior advocate Prem Khadka, though earlier schedule for the commencement of voting was 7:00am, it was postponed by three hours due to rains and some technical reasons.
