KATHMANDU: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane has congratulated Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on completing 25 years in public service.
In a message posted on social media platform X on Wednesday, Lamichhane congratulated Modi and said he was inspired by the transformation and rapid progress India had achieved under his leadership.
