SC orders to present written reply on writ against Sudurpaschim government

SUDURPASCHIM: The Supreme Court (SC) has issued an order to present response in writing to the budget related certiorari writ petition filed against the Sudurpaschim province government.

A single bench of Supreme Court Justice Mahesh Sharma Paudel, conducting preliminary hearing on the writ petition filed by advocate Maniram Upadhyay, has ordered to submit a written response through the Chief Attorney Office, Sudurpashchim Province, named as main defendant in the writ.
