Vivo X Fold 6 Launch in India: Vivo’s upcoming X Fold 6 phone, which is going to be launched in India as the company’s next premium foldable smartphone, will come with a larger battery capacity, a high-resolution camera module, along with flagship-level hardware.

The X Fold 6 made its debut in China earlier this year, making the Indian launch a significant expansion of Vivo’s foldable portfolio.

According to the reports, Vivo will launch the Vivo X Fold 6 in India on 6th October 2026. The NEXT 2026 event is planned to start at 12 PM Indian Standard Time while apart from the foldable smartphone, Vivo has also shown interest in launching a mixed reality device.

The official price of the Indian version of the product has not been released as of now. In China, the price for the X Fold 6 is available from CNY 7,999 which translates into approximately ₹1.14 lakhs excluding taxes. The high-end model in China is priced at CNY 10,999. To provide you with an idea about its pricing, the Vivo X Fold 5 was launched in India at ₹1,59,999.
Vivo X Fold 6 Camera Upgrades (Expected)
Camera hardware can also be considered as one of the most talked about aspects of the phone. The X Fold 6 is anticipated to come with an array of Zeiss-optimized triple rear cameras, which includes a 200MP primary sensor with OIS along with two 50MP rear cameras – one is an ultra-wide and other one is a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3X optical zoom while both the inner and outer displays are expected to feature 20MP selfie cameras.
