KATHMANDU: The westerly wind patterns are having a partial impact on various areas in the Karnali and Sudurpashchim Provinces, as well as the western parts of Gandaki and Lumbini Provinces.
Meanwhile, the monsoon winds are also making their presence felt across all regions of Koshi, Madhes, and Bagmati Provinces, along with the remaining areas of Gandaki and Lumbini Provinces.
